Late Spring Engagement Session at Bertha Brock - Cole & Nikki

Bertha Brock State Park - Ionia, Michigan

I met Cole and Nikki through their sister-in-law Sierra, whom is my dear friend and associate shooter for big wedding days (2021 brides - you'll probably see the two of us in action at your weddings!), at a family shoot last winter. I was so honored when they asked me to photograph their wedding, and though it has had to be postponed due to COVID-19, I am so excited to celebrate with them this coming November. These two are so sweet, and photographing them was such a pleasure.

We had a good time exploring the still snow covered grounds of Bertha Brock State Park in Ionia, Michigan. It was a warm and sunny day, so the snow didn't bother us a bit, and it made for some gorgeous backgrounds for their engagement session. I can't wait for their wedding, but for now, please enjoy these sweet preview images from their engagement session in March.

Cole had remembered this beautiful stone bridge from a previous visit to the park, and I knew we had to use it for some pictures. I thought they turned out to be so romantic and loved the final results!
